Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 153. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(FIN) Urging the United States Department of Defense to continue to provide retirement benefits for members of the Alaska Territorial Guard who served during World War II, was adopted. 2009-02-04 Senate Journal Page 0159 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(FIN) Urging the United States Department of Defense to continue to provide retirement benefits for members of the Alaska Territorial Guard who served during World War II, pass the Senate?"
